Open a Firmus Individual Current Account
Corporate accounts are often referred to as a business account. They can be used for investing, saving or everyday banking. To open a corporate account, you would need Documentary Evidence of registered business address, utility bill of signatories and major directors/Address Verification Form. Account opening balance of N15,000.00 (Five Thousand Naira Only), Particulars of Directors (Form CAC 7) and allotment of shares (Form CAC2).
Account Opening Requirements
- Valid Means of identification of directors and assigned signatories
- Documentary Evidence of registered business address, utility bill of signatories and major directors/Address Verification Form
- Passport Photos of signatories
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Tax Identification Number
- Memorandum and Articles of Association
- Particulars of Directors (Form CAC 7) and allotment of shares (Form CAC2)
- Two satisfactory references (Non individual current account).
