    Please note that in the absence of clear disposal instruction which should reach Firmus at least five(5) working days before maturity, Firmus may roll over the funds or any portion thereof at the prevailing rate and for such terms that Firmus shall determine



    TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Please read carefully.

    1. I agree as follows:

      • That preliquidation of this FirmEdge Investment before the agreed maturity date will lead to COMPLETE forfeiture of ALL accrued interest.

      • That if I intend to preliquidate I will give Firmus at least 72hrs notice which DOES NOT include Saturday or Sunday or any Bank Holiday or Public Holiday.

      • That the minimum investment on the FirmEdge Investment is N2,000,000 for a minimum period of 180 days.

      • That all investments standing to the credit of the customer are payable at maturity of the investment only in same currency of the investment except as otherwise prescribed by law.

      • To be bound by any notification of change in conditions governing the investment account, notices, correspondence directed to our last known address or e-mails sent to our e-mail address or text messages sent to our telephone numbers shall be considered to be duly delivered and received by us.

      • That any discrepancy, errors or omissions observed on the investment certificate, notices, letters or any other correspondences shall be reported to Firmus within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date on the investment certificate, failing which same shall be deemed to be correct and accurate.

      • That all payments of interest earned on investments shall be subject to withholding tax except when it is agreed upfront.

    2. I agree that I will notify Firmus to pay proceeds of our investment (Principal and interest) into our designated account or rollover investment (principal and interest) at maturity.

    3. Ire I fail to notify Firmus of our intentions at least five (5) working days to maturity of our investment, I agree that proceeds of investment (principal and interest) be rolled over at the Firmus’s prevailing rate monthly without further recourse to Us.

    4. I agree that where The FirmEdge Investment is Pre-liquidated i.e., terminated before the tenor on the form above, interest earned on investment from inception up to the date of Pre-liquidation shall completely forfeited

    5. I agree that the terms and conditions herein contained shall apply to all FirmEdge Investments made or placed with Firmus. The terms and conditions herein contained are not exhaustive.

        6. Any terms and conditions stated on the FirmEdge investment certificate or advice or confirmation shall be deemed to be incorporated herein.
